Scope of services
We provide comprehensive services to our customers, beginning with the organisation of the conference itself, through boarding and refined and exquisite catering, and ending with luxurious and often uncommon transport (saloon carriages, limousines, antique vehicles, light planes or military personnel carriers).
Technical service
We possess our own technical resource base, enabling us to organise conferences for over 1000 people in any place in the country (multimedia projectors, computer rooms, satellite Internet access, satellite communications, sound amplification equipment).
Selected conference centres
Warsaw
Odrowąż Palace and Manor House Stables located 140 km south of Warsaw. On the area of a 10 hectares park, with old trees and two ponds a 17th century Odrowąż Palace and a 19th century Stables are located. They have 41 rooms and 4 suites, a Tavern, a Banquet Hall, a Billiard Room, a Club Chamber, patio with grill and a herd of horses. 7 multipurpose halls enable the organisation of sessions, training courses, banquets, conferences and exhibitions.
The Convention and Conference Centre PAN/Jabłonno Palace - 18th century complex of palaces and parks located merely 20 km from the centre of Warsaw, within a large Romantic style park. Stylish interior decoration of palace halls and hotel rooms. A restaurant serving excellent Polish food. At the disposal of guests there are 46 sleeping places and conference halls for 200 people.
Cracow
Hotel and Conference Centre WITEK is located on the outskirts of Cracow, near the picturesque Cracow-Częstochowa Uplands. The object is located 6 km from the International Airport in Balice and 8 km from the Old Town centre. It offers 73 rooms, including 4 suites, 1, 2 and 3 person rooms, and 2 rooms for handicapped guests. The rooms have a cable and wireless Internet connection. It has 8 multipurpose halls with an area from 12 to 400 m2.
Millenium - Hotel in Bochnia (approx. 35 km from Cracow) is a modern and professional conference centre, excellent for the organisation of conferences, training courses, symposia, banquets etc. For our Customers we have 5 air-conditioned conference halls with full conferencing equipment.
